Bad Service and Discriminatory Practices

In March 2013 Imade an online car hire reservation at Dollar Thrifty for a pick up at Cape Town International Airport 0n 2 occassions I confirmed the vehicles in that group and was informed of Honda Accord and Hyundai Sonata. To my dismay I was given a Chev Cruise which had reached its life cycle and perhaps the last available very noisy on turning causing an alarm for my safety I asked for a different car and was told the workshop is closed The online marketing is misleading the Public as what they advertise is no longer available and I could not get any assistance. I was treated very differently because I am an African woman. I have always used Dollar Thrifty they can check their records. Due to this treatment the perception about discriminatory practices and Prejudicial tendencies in Cape Town will always beupheld. Even if Dollar Thriftywas the
last available option service provider I vow never to go back there. The bad attitude of this Giovanni guy playing games with me. I hope no one ever gets that car the worst eve
