I really can not believe the trouble i am having with you guys for a simple handset! sooo irritated with this matter!! Mbongeni called me last week Tuesday 26th March 2013. he advised me that he would push the technical department, and if all things go well, I might have my handset on Thursday. I called on Thursday and spoke to a lady whom advised me that he was not in and that he will be back on Tuesday 2nd April. so I sucked up more patience and waited till yesterday. I sent Mbongeni 3 emails, 2 last week and 1 yesterday. no response, so I called the number he supplied me with only to be told that he was not available and that he will call me back, to which he never did.

I can not believe the absolutely disgusting customer service (if you can even call it service) you are giving your customers!! such unprofessional manner you guys are handling with this case. if I do not have my NEW phone by Friday, I will be canceling as this is now breach of contract!! now Cell C, the power is in your hands, lets see what you do.
