I took a trip down to Durban two weeks ago and another last year. I rented a vehicle from Europcar. Ever since then and despite numerous telephone calls and emails I have to date not received an invoice for any of the rentals. They are quick to take your money but you have to harass them to get your part of the deal back and not to even mention the rude call centre consultants. I phoned the customer service line yesterday and was handled by a very rude and impatient consultant who assured me my invoice will be in my inbox within seconds, needless to say still no invoice. I will never in my life recommend Europcar to anyone seeking to rent a vehicle again, worst service delivery I have had in a long time. Then to top it all I phone the 24 HOUR Call Centre only to be told to phone back after 08:00 as that is their business hours.
