Sick and tired of begging for invoice after rental

Hi there I am a regular customer with Europcar (well for now) Every time I rented a car I have to phone a beg them to finally get an invoice. I rented twice in July phoned the call center twice and they promised me to send it to me immediately. Two days later and I am still waiting??? I also tried now at least five times to inform them that my e-mail address has changed. In all five cases everybody promised me to change to my new e-mail address. I was so far happy with renting at europcar but I am loosing it with them. So is there somebody out there at Europcar who is capable to help and in fact implement what is promised.
