Europcar
WHERE IS MY MONEY!

My insurace rented me a vehicle while my car was in for repairs.
With delivery I had to pay a fuel deposit which should be paid back to me 2 to 3 days after returning the vehicle.
I returned the vehicle on 31 August and up to the 17th of September I have not received anything.
Is Europcar is in trouble? If anybody has information regarding this I will gladly listen.
I call the Bellville office yesterday and asked them very nicely to please follow up and get this done for I really dont have the time to check on it every day.
The person on the phone told me the manager was out on a call and that he will inform her about this and get her to call me back...
NOTHING... It was 13:50 on the 18th of September, nobody even bothered calling me.
I call the office AGAIN and they just told me that the manager is not in.
I am telling my insurance that they better not ever use EUROPCAR ever again.
