Europcar does not understand customer service!

After having a very poor experience of dealing with the call centre, I was silly enough to use Europcar yet again. I have now tried to get an invoice for the amount that was debited to my credit card. The info address took 24 hours to advise me they have passed this on to customer services who would call me "as soon as possible". However 5 days later, I am still waiting for an invoice. Should they not provide an invoice automatically when debiting your credit card - and how long can to really take to get an invoice?

After the last time of having to call them 10 times in a few hours to come and fetch the car that was flat and no longer working, I would not dream of trying to contact the call centre again. I did not even get an apology for the inconvenience.
