Almost two weeks and waiting for an invoice

Rented a car from EUROPCAR Polokwane on Sunday the 27th and the vehcile was returned - the sat were friendly and help full. I then requested an invoice as I need to claim from my insurere, I AM STILL WAITING... Even the small time retailers don`t take that long to buy paper and print an invoice?
