My car went if for service and fury midrand, they part needed to sort my car out was not at their workshop this it needed to be ordered. The part was order and it arrive on Friday (22 March at 11am), I arrived at the dealership around 14:30 and found my car parked outside. I then went to find out why this was the case, then I found out that the part had arrived in the morning for a service advisor who did not tell me the time at the moment as she said she could not see on her system when the part arrived. She asked me to speak to Dave (Service Manager) to find out from the workshop when the part arrived, first he argued with me and told me seeing I am tell him the part arrived in the morning then I should know when it arrived exactly... I kept telling him that I don't know the time as his service advisor just stated the part arrived in the morning. We went to their workshop and found the part arrived at 11am I then asked but if thats the case why its then that my car is parked outside the workshop and not being worked on, taking into consideration that my car was with then since Wednesday (20/03), he showed not interest in my concerns, he walked away and left me standing there
