Unavailability of spare part - lack of interest

I am the owner of a Peugeot 207cc This is the 3rd Peugeot which I possess, BUT ALSO THE LAST - only due to lack of service. I am experiencing problems with the roof. My vehicle was serviced on 7 Feb. Prior to this date, I went into the trouble of taking the vehicle to Woodmead in order for them to inspect the roof to find out why it is inoperative and to allow sufficient time to order the part to be replaced on the day of the service. However, when collecting the vehicle, I was told that the incorrect part was delivered (must have been ordered incorrectly???). On querying the progress in obtaining the correct part, I was told that it should arrive "within the next 2 days". After 3 days, I queried again - alas, the same story and they will contact me... what a joke!! I eventually called the Workshop Manager on 5 March, who promised that the part will definitely be at Woodmead by latest Thursday or Friday (7/8 March). She even undertook that one of the Workshop staff will call me, and will pick up the vehicle from my offices, take it to the workshop for repairs since I cannot take time off work as and when it suits me... till now still not a word...!!
