No straws? bad planning!

Dear BP
I visited BP ridge oasis and purchased cans of colddrink. I asked for straws and the lady who served me said there was no straws. I asked if I could get from steers, and she said I should try. The manager at debonairs refused to give me any. I can understand that if the stores are seperate entities. My concern is: how can the bp express shop not plan properly and run out of straws? Disgruntled!
