Handling Fee when part was never removed from site

I am completely and totally appalled at the revolting service that i was given from Linex Yamaha in Randburg.
I went in to order a CDI unit for a very very common yamaha motorcycle (AG200). Gave the salesman the details and he ordered the part, but the part cost R1491. When the part arrived, i opened the packet in front of the salesman and told him that it was the incorrect part.
He then went to the workshop, to the workshop manager and had a look at the CDI unit on one of the AG 200 bikes they had there. And to his shock, he had ordered the incorrect part. His system was very incorrect.

He then ordered the correct CDI unit and told us it would cost R2040. So we accepted and he told us to come in the next day.

We came through the next day to collect the part and pay the balance, and mr Morgan Chetty now wants to charge us a "handling fee" of 25%... Which is BS, the incorrect part never left his parts counter, so how on earth it was "handled" is beyond me!!!
After fighting about this "handling fee" with Morgan, we ask for all our money back and forget about the parts.
He cant help us with that either, we have to talk to his manager. Who is never available.
RUBBISH!!!
