I booked my Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD in at a workshop in Cape Town to replace a key and to recode the remaining key. A new part (skim module) was ordered and delivered. The part turned out to be a used part and cannot be used again, a new part was ordered. The part could not be delivered becuase it went missing. After calls and follow up it was found that the part is only available from the USA and will only arrive in SA by 5/08/2013. There is no alternative I must wait. This means my vehicle must stand, leaving me with out transport. Jeep SA can not supply me with a loan vehicle. When speaking to them they have all the care you can wish for but no selution to my problem.
I want Jeep SA to solve my problem, by either supllying me with a curtosy car or with the correct part asap.
