I placed an order on the 2 Oct. I received an e-mail from kalahari saying the parcel have been dispatched and the expect date for the parcel will be on the 4 Oct. I contacted kalahari on Friday to inform them that I'm leaving work at 2pm and no one will be at the office to receive the parcel. I was informed the courier company will contact me to confirm if I'm at work. Nobody called me. When I sent a mail to the courier company today to find out when I can expect the parcel I was told the parcel only left Cape Town on Friday @18:00, and that they (the courier company) are on strike so I will not receive my parcel today. They are not sure when the strike will end but hope that the matter will be resolved soon. Now why do Kalahari quote you delivery 2 days if you don't receive your parcel withing the time frame they suggest and why don't they make another plan about delivering the good to their clients. Part of the parcel is a present now I have to delay the present because of a strike. Not on.
