Lack of customer service

FEDEX Express has had my parcel since Thursday last week. I received an sms from them to call their office with regard to the delivery of the parcel Thursday night. I phoned their office on Friday morning to change the delivery address and I was advised to send an email which I did. I believe the driver arrived at my work place to deliver the parcel and he was advised to wait for me to come through but he decided to leave. He then phoned me to tell me that he will then deliver it at home on Friday afternoon between 1500 and 1700 which he never did. I phoned their office yesterday and they asked me till what time am I at work and I advised them that it was till 1900 and they assured me that it will be delivered before I leave. As I am writing this I have not received a call of why the parcel wasn't delivered yesterday or on Friday. I find this to be quite pathetic I thought they were much better than the post office. This is no way to render a service to customers.
