Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
No Delivery. No Contact

A pracel from Vodacom was to be delivered to my house on friday 05/07/2013.
The driver phoned 11:20 to confirm address and he said he was on his way. I waited there the whole day. At 2pm I phoned him to ask where he is and he said he will be there before 4pm. At 4:30pm I tried phoning again as he did not yet deliver my URGENT parcel.
His phone was off.
The call centre was no help either and they refused me to collect my parcel at the Kempton park Branch of to deliver it on Saturday as all the drivers are out allready.
The parcel will be delivered on Monday 08/07/2013. Lets hope it goes that way? I had to take off another day from work to be home to accept this parcel.
