Where's my parcel?

We placed an order with MrPrice Apparel online at the beginning of the week. We were notified that the parcel was shipped. After we heard nothing by Friday, we investigated ourselves by tracking the parcel, only to find out that the parcel could not be delivered because of an "invalid address" (the address is definitively correct). We phoned customer service on Friday and were promised that they will phone us back re the situation. We are still waiting. This is highly unprofessional, especially in the eCommerce space, where customer-vendor trust is vital. We had to phone to find out what happened to our parcel, and now we have to come to HelloPeter to get feedback on where the goods that we already paid for are. Unprofessional. We will appreciate your feedback asap
