Worcester Nissan
Poor after sales service

Cars & Transport

I recently bought a 2006 Opel Corsa Bakkie from Worcester Nissan. When the salesman did the demo there was a rattling noise coming from the front wheels. I was told that the tie rod ends needed to be replaced and it will be fixed prior to me taking delivery. On the day of delivery I did not have time to do a full test drive as it was late afternoon and I had meetings to attend. I was assured that the repairs were done. Whilst driving home I noticed that the noise was still there and this concerned me. The next morning I took the vehicle to a testing station and a report was given to me of many other suspension parts that were broken and the vehicle should not have passed the roadworthy test whcih was done by the dealership. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told that they will only pay for 50% of the repairs and their words were that I need to "come to the party" and cover the rest. After much debate with management they agreed to pay 70% of the costs. Still not exceptable as these were problems existing on the vehicle that was delivered to me. I have been trying over past 3 weeks to recover monies that I paid for the repairs but I get excuses from them all time.
