So I have a NP200 1.5 dci bakkie 2011 with FSH and still under warranty. My bakkie stoped running and I took it to the nearest Nissan dealership. I told them my situation and that I need a vehicle as I have Allot of meetings and things planned for the up and coming weekend, from Vryday up until Monday. No one could help me and I even phoned Nissan South Africa and costumer care as I REALLY needed some help with wheels. They also are still trying to fix the bakkie apparently around the clock, but when my dad phoned them they said that they are working on it when they have time...? Also I phoned a number of times to find out what is going on and every time they reply by saying they are working on it and they will let me know. I have had the worst service ever from Nissan as today is the 6th day that I don't know what is wrong and no one replied to me regarding a vehicle in order for me to get to my appointments and to work. I did explain to them that it is an urgent matter... they just don't come back to me and give me any feedback on my bakkie. I can not believe that a big company like Nissan give such bad service to a customer.
