I received such bad service because of skin colou

Yesterday I went to collect a vehicle from Avis which I will be using as a courtesy car via my insurance. On arrival Alviera available to assist. The whole interaction was negative. I could see the careless responds from her every time I was not clear on something. On completing my transaction we headed to the car for evaluation. When we got to the bay, I was told that the car that was allocated to me was for an important Avis client. I will have to be given a different car till the same model was available. This all changed when the person that is deemed to be important arrived (A white male). He was greeted with a smile and got sudden attention. I was left waiting in the process. On return she advised that I can take the car. The client will have another car. On evaluating the car, to my little knowledge you check the vehicle for dents with the consultant and sign for acknowledgement. This was not done. Alviera told me that she evaluates the car every time, so she knows where each dent is. To my surprise, not all were marked. I went back and asked Rebecca for assistance as I could sense that I was been a pain and received perfect assistance. Skin colour still matter? Wondering???
