Brits Nissan
Worst Second Hand Dealer to buy from

Cars & Transport

I bought a second hand Isuzu from Brits Nissan on 01 May 2013. On delivery, Airbag light was displayed as well as right rear window out of order. Sales lady asked us to take te vehicle to dealership for quote and Brits Nissan will pay for this. Driving the vehicle home, engine light also came on. Took the vehicle in for quotation, several other issues were found e.g brakes need to be replaced, oil leak, brake calipers worn, vehicle did not receive its essential service. Vehicle was advertised with a full service history, till today could not get hold of the service record. Quote from dealer R14 252.03. Vehicle sent to dealer to repair. Brits Nissan contacted dealer and only R2 023.00 repairs was approved. Brits Nissan never contacted me to explain their reasons. Vehicle still at dealer since 21 June 2013 because payment was not done by Brits Nissan! Several calls, e-mail and even a complaint to Nissan SA did not solve the problem! So much for Valid Value approved used Cars from Nissan. Beware of buying from this dealer, they tend to make promises they do not keep!
