I was unfortunate enough to be in two car accidents. But luckily, I have an amazing car insurance who submitted & approved my claim with professionalism & care. The very opposite can be said for the service provider they chose for my car to be repaired at. AutoMagic M5. When I initially contacted them they did not have space for me. I am a reasonable person so I accepted this. After the 2nd accident I actually requested that my car be fixed at the same place so that I could have it fixed at once. They said that the repair time would not take much longer. I asked if the first set of parts had been ordered, they said yes. When I dropped the car off (Mon) I was told it would not take longer than a week. Acceptable. Then the next call I received (Tues) was to tell me there was an 'incident' with my car. Someone knocked into my car in the workshop. I was upset, naturally. But what was done, was done. They said they would fix it. Then nothing. I call them.(Fri): They need longer. Wednesday they say. Then nothing. I call them again (Tues): They don't know. There was alot of damage. When I call my insurance to do a follow up the story changes: The wrong parts came, maybe Fri. UNACCEPTABLE!!
