EXHORBITANT COST OF WIPER BLADES

I had my Toyota Prius serviced at Halfway Toyota in Fourways. The service consultant called and said all that was needed was new wiper blades, not mentioning a cost. When I got to collect the car, the cost for 2 front wiper blades was R761.56. I think that such a price is absolutely ridiculous. I have done work with Toyota and know that "pirate parts" are a big problem for the company - if they charge such ridiculous prices for simple products like wiper blades, no wonder there is such a demand for "non genuine" parts.
