Damaging Carclothes and placing my life at risk

Hi,

I trust all is well, i am really utterly disgusted and fearsome of visiting yet another Caltex in my Life, i yesterday went to Caltex Bryanston -Mainroad -posthouse the attendant filled my car up with R420 of which i subsequently paid he then asked me to check the oil and water of which i told him he can. This was my worse mistake as the guy checked my oil told me i need to top up with 2 cans of oil i told him there is no urgency as i am doing the full service this weekend, the guy-Jonas checked the oil not closing the oil cap, i drove back to work as the bonet was closed thus to my understanding all is in order. When i left work the only thing i saw was a puddle of oil and yet as i am typing this mail the oil is still visible both on the car and in the basement parking. Is this how my life must be placed in danger as i travel one of the most dangerous roads home N1 south, to put the icing on top upon addressing the matter at the Garage the Supervisor on site had some attitude towards me "would this be cause im coloured "i really dont know all i know is that my clothes are damages with oil stains the cars engine compartment still has oil on it visible towards the naked eye.
