MADE ME PAY TO PAINT ROOF OF MY CAR BUT WASNT DONE

Hello Peter,

My car had to go in for body repairs due to hail damage. First they took longer than promised and as i have no option for vehicle hire on my insurance, this left me to cancel a very important job interview, as i had no transport. Then on collecting my car, it was raining so badly and my car was standing outside. Only when i got back to work and parked my car under the roof i saw a very deep scratch mark on the roof of my car. Riverside autobody confirmed that they painted the roof, which was clearly not the case, as i took a poto of proof. They even adjusted the quote to a higher amount because they said they spray painted the roof. I am a struggeling single mom, receiving no maintenance from my daughter`s father and i believe that they ripped my off completely. I have sent them various emails and they just make empty promises and never come back to me. Where can i send you the photo which was also sent to Riverside autobody? My insurance also put up my monthly premium due to this higher claim from Riverside Autobody. I also had to pay them the amount for excess R2800.00
