Hail damage on house roof

I contacted ABSA Home Insurance more than a year ago after we had some hail damage to our house roof, it took them about 2 weeks to get somebody out to have a look at the damage and about a month to get somebody to come and repair it. When they came out eventually to fix the roof it look like the guys working on the roof had no experience because they did not look the part and they had to come back a couple of times the fix it properly, but still after they left the roof was leaking worse than before and some of my main house roof tiles, that they had to work on is skew. After the second complain I gave to ABSA I could not get hold of the lady (Lettie) or a manager that could help me to resolve the continuing problem. My dad and I tried to phone them and even send them emails but to no avail. Now after almost 12 month trying to get the job done properly, the raining season started again and the room that the roof was suppose to be fix by now is leaking very bad and we had water on the floor about 100mm
I just think we pay a lot for insurance these days and when we need to use it, we inspect good and fast service
