We booked our chery qq3 txe in for a 30, 000km service and asked for the cv joint on the left hand side to be looked at and replaced as it was making a noise. 5min after leaving the garage we got a call to say the wheels need to be replaced and the alignment is out, so we said ok they can go ahead with it.
when we went to collect the car we were told it had been servied and had to ask about the cv join, we were then given some story about the cv joint not been repaird, they claimed cv joint must be replaced but it could still be under warranty (the warrantee is 2 years or 60, 000km) well we bough the car in 2010 so by my calculation two years was up last year guess im wrong,

we then asked why they did not call us to explain this and why they did not do as we asked? the response was umm ahh then the warantee story, and they have no stock
we went around the corner to the parts department and found out that they have a cv joint in stock! Today we calle dthe manager PETER to complain and honestly he could not give a hoot at all, he put the phone down one us, so we called the customer care, same story took our details but they dont care either. the customer care is shocking!!
