My car was in for service today 1 week ago. There is a knocking noise under my car. I have reported the noise to Hyundai Vereeniging when my car was booked in for the service (May 22). As on previous services, when parts needed to be replaced - they had no stock of the part. It has been 1 whole week now and still no call from their service department informing me what is the status of the parts.

The knocking noise seems to be getting worse.

The same thing happened last year when the exhaust needed to be replaced after two miss-diagnosed services from them. This car is brand new with only 45 000km on.

The frustration is - I need to book the car for the service. I tell them what is wrong. Then the car is there for the whole day. Nothing is done, just a wash as they have no parts available. Then no one phones me back to tell me when to bring in my car for the parts to be replaced.

They keep no stock of any parts. How can any business operate like this???
