Poor service

I took my car regrettably to Car Pro in Cresta to have my CV joints replaced.

Initially Antony even complained about the so called courtesy service of dropping me off at my work place which is only 2 km away.

My disgust ranges from poor customer service and a hint of poor workmanship

Not only did Car pro delay fixing my car and never apologized for the delay, when it was supposedly fixed, I later found out that the CV boots had been fastened using cable tires instead of stainless steel clamps and it very dirty.

When I asked Antony why the used the cable tires he arrogantly told me that my car Warranty only covered the metal part of the CV joint and nothing else which was a bold because when you buy a new CV joint it comes with all necessary items to replace the CV joint not just the metal component. Maybe he bought a cheap kit, I don't know.

Antony clearly needs to change or improve his attitude, use standard replacement parts and stop these dodgy tendencies. Stop assuming that clients are ignorant about the work that needs to be done on their vehicles.

I had to get his dodgy worked fixed at more reliable workshop because it was for my own safety and peace of mind
