Pitstop won't honour guarantee

In April last year I had my left from CV joint replaced at Pitstop Brackenfell. A week later the CV joint popped loose while I was driving due to poor workmanship, they came to the house to fix their fault, apparently they forgot to put lock-nuts on??? 6 Months later the same CV joint broke again and Pitstop replaced it with a new CV joint which they claimed from their manufacturer. It's now 7 months later and the very same left CV joint has broken again. We took the car back to Pitstop Brackenfell twice for them to investigate the problem and sound that was coming from the wheel, on both occassions they told us there was nothing wrong, eventually my husband got in the car and took the manager with him for a test drive and the CV joint actually broke. They then proceeded to charge us for the replacement of the CV joint and refused to fix it under warantee eventhough the part was only 7 months old and carries a 12 month warantee.
