BMW SA doesn't care about BMW dealers bad service

I took my car to Leo Haese Centurion and received the worst service ever. I phoned BmW SA to log the complaint. They weren't really interested in helping since I don't have maintenance plan on my car anymore. Is that what they think about their brand? Do they only consider you special and valued enough if their brand has a maintenance plan?
