Incomplete 45 000km and 60 000km services

To whom this may concern,

I am very unhappy at how my 45 000km and 60 000km car service was handled at Hyundai Midrand Service Centre. I took my car for a 45 000km service last year November and when I went to fetch it the lady who was handling my file told me that one of the parts (accelerator cable) that were supposed to be replaced was not replaced as they are still waiting for stock from Hyundai. She went on to say that they will call me as soon as they have stock so i can take the car back, but I never got a call from them. Last week i took my car in for a 60 000km service and once again they didn't do a complete service, also when i asked them to install the accelerator cable as they should have done that in the previous service they told me that they do not have records of my 45 000km service but they will follow up with Hyundai on the warranty part but i doubt if they are following anything up because they never called me back to give me feedback.
