Imperial Nissan
Vehicle sold under warranty with after market part

I purchased a vehicle from the company in 2012. It was purchased with a warranty. When the vehicle went to an accredited service agent 3 weeks ago, the CV joint on the right hand side of the car was found to be leaking and in need of a replacement. However, this could not be done because the faulty Cv joint was an after market part and thus not covered under the warranty.
I tried to contact the dealership numerous times however their listed contact number was incorrect. I proceeded to fill an online enquiry form on the dealership's website. I was contacted by the manager who agreed that this issue needed to be attended to and that he would revert back to me. I have since heard nothing from the manager, even after sending another online enquiry to the dealership.
I need my vehicle to be fixed asap as it is very dangerous to continue driving it with a faulty Cv joint.
I am appalled at the service or lack thereof from Imperial Nissan.
