Parcel from Standard bank

UTI phoned me on Saturday and told me that they are coming to deliver my parcel on Tuesday between 1PM and 3PM. They didn't come until i phoned them and they told me that the driver is on the way. i waited until 4PM then left the office. on my way home the driver called and i told him that i am out of office and promised to come back the next day but never did. when i phoned the office they told me that they tried to call (which is a lie) because i have my cell phone all the time. i even offered to go collect it my self because clearly they cannot do their job but they refused. So how long must i wait for them to deliver the parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday??? This is bad service and i am sick of it.
