Abused verbally by Berco courie

On Friday the 11th October Berco couriers arrived to deliver my long awaited back order parcel from [URL Removed] We had just locked the office and met the driver as he was coming in to deliver the parcel, I asked him if the parcel was for us and if I need to open the office for him and he said yes, I said "Oh Cook " as an expression of speech. He then went beserk shouting expletives and then told me to get into my own f... car and fetch my own f... parcel from their offices. He then left shouting at me that I was f... nothing and left with my parcel. There were at least 20 bystanders who saw the entire episode. I was trying to get the tel number on the vehicle he started yelling at me again. After regaining my composure after this much unexpected onslaught I called the office and was told that the driver said that I had alcohol in my hand, I explained that I did not, I had my cel phones in my hand. I have camera footage of the incident. I tried to call them this morning again to no avail, I just get put on hold. I have reported the incident to Kalahari and sadly will not be shopping online again while they deal with such rude couriers.
