I am currently driving a 2010 Ford Figo. In February of this year we took the car in to Ford because we noticed that it started rusting on both the back passenger doors (by the windows) and the car is barely 2years old.
They took down our details and said they would get back to us as to what needs to / or will be done- took photo's and everything. After about 2 months of not hearing from them the car was taken back and we got the same story, "they will get back to us". Eventually we received an email asking all the same question as before. We replied to the mail but yet again we have had no further feedback.
