Placed an order which I was told would be delivered on Friday, 14/6/13. The parcel was delivered on 13/6/13 when no one was at home. On Friday, 20/6/13 someone from Speed Services phoned to tell me that they would deliver the parcel to my nearest post office and I could collect it after 9 on Saturday, 22/6/13. My parcel was not delivered to the post office so I phoned the call centre to find out what had happened. There was no log of Friday's call so I asked if a supervisor could phone me on Monday. After not received the call, I phoned a few minutes ago and was told that they had no record of Friday's call to me or my call to them on Saturday. Nozipho is an extremely poor listener and chose to rather talk on top of me than listen. Her manager, Meme will phone me back when she has made arrangements to deliver the parcel but I have no idea when this will be as Nozipho couldn't say. No one even seems to care that this parcel is over a week late. Apparently their calls are recorded but only the IT person can check and he/she isn't in today. Why do they tell you that calls are recorded if they can't go back to them? Overall very poor service and staff are not professional.
