Avis overcharged me by R26000

They have charged me twice for the full rental amount.

Secondly I went for an exchange saw a small scratch on the front bumper, when I asked about the check, they said the car had been checked. So I drove off, on returning the vehicle they said the inspection wasn't done and I would be liable for the scratch. I disputed this and they said they'd get back to me, a week later they went ahead and charged it off my car.

Now I'm running from pillar to pole, trying to resolve this. The consultant are great at tell me how ths shold have been handled in the first with no solution of how it should be handled now so I get my back.

So now I'm left with this up.
