UNFAIR REPAIR CHARGE

I hired a Group A car (Fiat 500) on the 31st of Dec 2013 which I returned on the 1st of Jan 2014. I had taken a personal accident as well and tire and windscreen waiver. On returning the car myself and the car attendant checked it and everything was fine. There I was off to board my plane. On Thursday morning Jeffrey called to telling me i returned the car with a dent of which I was pretty sure it had no dent when I left it. I refused to fill in an accident form as I didn't damage the car. This argument between myself went on for days communicating via e-mail. The last I hear was that Avis were going to charge this liability on my account since it was my words vs Avis rental consultant. Soon after I was billed R 2 859, 65 plus VAT for repairing the dent, which was taken from my credit card. Avis bullied my right as an individual and seem powerless/unprotected and they are above the law. What they did is day light. I will never use Avis again because of this day light. All I want is for the company to refund my money and not make the losses mine. They are!
