I rented a car through Avis (Monte Casino) in February 2013.

The credit card transaction was for the deposit amount of R750, I don't understand how they managed to put through a payment on my credit card this month for R3250.01, that while I have a pin code on my credit card.

The car which I rented was left at Tutuka motors, where I collected my repaired car, and 2 days after it was returned, I received a call from Avis that there was a scratch on the bumper, I said to the lady, there were so many scratches all over the car when I received it, how can you claim that I scratched the car, she said no one said I scratched it, I just need to e-mail her and confirm that I did not scratch the car, which I did, the person I sent the e-mail to was Bongi Khumalo. The car had so many scratched all over the body, but still Avis insisted that it did not have a scratch on the left side of the front bumper. I probably missed one of the scratches since it had been scratched all over.

Obviously they are unprofessional and they are. They never consulted me before taking this money from my credit card, what was it for?
