Charged for accident I did not have

1. I booked for a Polo Vivo but when I arrived all Polos were gone and so they gave me a dinky Chev which felt like it was going to fall apart over each speed bump... a very fragile car indeed!

2. I returned the car and there was some dry sand on the left bumper. The man inspecting the car rubbed off the dry sand with his hand which is not good for paint work .. common sense! And showed me a tiny scratch. I had to kneel on the ground and bring my face right next to the car to see the little scratch. I took a cloth and rubbed it and the scratch as gone. He insisted it was an accident. My legal advice was that he must take a photo of the "accident" with me in the photo. He refused. Avis then charged me over a R1000 for this "accident". I again asked them to send me photos which they have not done. My reference number for this request is 670936103.

You do not rub dry sand off paint work and then blame and charge your customers for tiny scratches. Please supply with photographs of " accident " immediately or refund me. For the past 5 years I have refused to use any other car rental company and been strictly loyal to Avis. Disgusted at your opportunistic ripping off of loyal custome
