On the 20th of December 2013 I collected a vehicle from the Westin Hotel in Cape Town. The Europcar consultant (Marius) assisted me. I was informed that the vehicle was 'practically brand new' & no inspection was done of the vehicle in my presence. I assumed this was the standard operating procedure & took delivery of the vehicle. Whilst in my custody the vehicle was never damaged. Upon returning the vehicle to Cape Town International Airport the Europcar inspecto pointed out the smallest of dents on the rear wheel arch. I made it clear to him that that dent was probably there when I collected the car as no damage to the vehicle happened during my rental period. I have not received my deposit from Europcar up to today.

I am very disappointed in the service as I have made several call to the call center to try to rectify this situation but nobody seems to know whats going on. I will not use this rental company again based on the poor service & the fact that I am being prejudiced for something that was never my fault.
