Late delivery and car in poor condition

Car rental was arranged through Santam Insurance Company. It was arranged with Europcar Centurion (Protea hotel) that the car will be collected on 12/9/2013 @ 8h30 and that I have a meeting at 09h00 same day. We I arrived to collect the vehicle the vehicle was at the car wash. At 8h45 Europcar took me to my office as the car was still at the car wash. Europcar dropped the car at my office @ around 09h10 and this particular car is in bad shape. Not one panel on this car is without scratches or dents. The seats and carpets are filthy. It is one bad experience dealing with Europcar and in my personal capacity will not make use of your company. I must now drive this car indefinitely until my vehicle is repaired... not looking forward to the experience. I still don't understand how people think apologies make things right... they don't... action makes it right!
