MANLINE truckdriver NP 117 019 code 017 on the R40

We drove on the R40 and a MANLINE of barloworld logistics turned onto the plaston road right in front of us.. He saw us coming and stop in the middle of the road and then took off again... He put my 3months old baby life in danger we almost hit the pavement as we tried to brake and stop so that we don't hit him... He was showing signs and even had the big smile on his face... The licence plate nr is... NP 117 019 truck code 017 I hope someone will catch this guy we tried to stop him cause I wanted to call the police but I didn't stop. The other 4x4 who almost hit us on the back as we tried to stop om a high speed of 100km/ph had to turn on to the slip way... I hope I get a reply on this cause I want to make sure that drunk driver is of the road... He could've killed us
