Bad driver almost caused an accident

The driver of the truck just put on his flicker and turned in front of us, not looking or observing his surroundings and that to take over another truck!! One CANNOT overtake a truck that's driving the same speed especially on a busy day like today!! This is unacceptable and then the driver has the audacity to through signs language (inappropriate) when we hoot at him! We are on our way to a funeral and we did not need to arrange out own! We hope this driver gets reported and taken of the road. We were travelling between belfast and witbank at around 9.30 when the incident occurred. Number plate YVR510GP
