Reckless driving

On Monday 29 April 2013 I was driving home from work in Kimberley. A Stuttaford's truck without the cargo was driving at a great speed. It skipped a stop street completely. It proceeded and turned very recklessly into a very narrow street. There were cars on the other side of the road and it missed them by millimetres. The licence plate of the vehicle is BZL 764 NC. I would hope that this company would know who was driving the vehicle at the time. He is putting people's lives on danger.
