Still No Refund and Managers not answering phones

The service was not bad when I rented the car and I returned it all welll with full tank of petrol. The problem comes when I have to get my refund, and I was initially told that it takes 4-5 working days. I returned the car on the 22nd of December and so due to holidays I was expecting my refund by the 31st latest. When I called on the 2nd January I was told that the reund aas only processed that day and that since I was using FNB and they also using FNB it should be the same day. When I called the Head Office to verify this I was told tht they not using FNB they using Nedbank so the money will take 2-days to reflect on FNB account. When I called the compaints deprtment today asked for the manager she told she's sorry about all this and she'll call Nedbank and find out when the money will reflect on my account and she'll call me back in 15min and she also told me I was given a wrong information the refund tkes 1-14 working days. After 30min I called and no one answered, second tie they said she's in a meeting, third tie I called after 2hrs they told she went out. The invoive people are blaming the branch for the delay, the acounts are blaming the invoice people. I WANT MY MONEY!!!
