Empty promises and no delivery

I had a car accident and sent my car (on Jeeps Strands recommendation) to De Jonghs 26 September. The damage as over R130, 000 so not a small job. I have been given the run around for the last month. At first all parts arrived 12 November and the works foreman told me 10 more days. After 2 weeks I was told that I misunderstood. Many phone calls (mostly from my side) ensued and the latest was Friday when I was told my car would be ready Monday 9 December. Again, I had to call Monday afternoon to ask when I could collect. Dirk said that he'd just come form the workshop and the car is all together and that Tuesday would just mean a final buff and test drive. Tuesday came... and I got a sms to say they are waiting for the final parts (AGAIN!) but that they would deliver a courtesy care Tuesday afternoon. I sat waiting... at 4ap I called to be told they could not deliver the car and did not know how long the repairs would still take. It's been almost 2 1/2 months but the more frustrating is the run around. This morning... they again received incorrect parts and cannot tell me when the car will be complete. I need my car for the holiday. All I wanted for the last month was some honesty.
