Useless Service

6 June I took my car in to Sanrose for a minor repair to the rear bumper. I was told per email it will take 3-4 working days to finish the job.
After phoning them the 11th they told me they are still waiting for parts, and on the 12th they phoned me to tell me they will only receive parts by the 22nd. I thus collected my car as there was no need to let it stand around for nothing.

I phoned the Monday afternoon the 25th to find out if they have the parts as I have not heard anything from them. They told me they have received my parts and that I could bring my car on Wednesday to receive it the Friday.

Now its Friday and after phoning to enquire what time I could collect my car Im told that my car will only be done Tuesday the 2nd of July.

I subsequently lost my patience and after speaking to the Manager the collection date is moved to Monday but that will still make 3 and a half weeks of waiting for my rear bumper to be replaced!
