Kzn Panel Beaters
PART STILL MISSING 2 MONTHS AFTER REPAIRS

On around about the 31st of August 2013, I had a motor vehicle accident. I reported it to Outsurance and took the car for the assessment, in Westville. A few days later, I was informed that KZN Panel Beaters is the Repairer, in South Coast road, Durban.

As the industry went on strike, I had to wait between 2 - 4 weeks to get the car repaired. I had no option, but to be patient. When the car was booked in, on a Monday, I requested that they repair it as soon as possible/ Within 4 days as it was minor repairs and I needed the car to travel to JHB. I was told that they'll do their best.

On the Tuesday, I was informed that they should be finish by the Thursday afternoon. Thursday morning, when I called they said that they had to source new parts as the parts was incorrect, and that the vehicle was in the drier. They said that they'll deliver by the evening if they had to. (said by a second person). Around the afternoon, between 16h00 & 18h00, when I called, Anesh said that their is no way they'll be finished. I wasn't happy, but understood.

The car was given back, to me, with a Little cover, that fits onto the bumper missing. Its 2 months now & still no cover received. Onl
