BAD SERVICE AND A RIP OFF

Today I popped into Sasol service station Umgeni Road next to the Durban Station, waited about 5 minutes before I got attended to, the attire of the attendants was rather sloppy. I clearly asked for R80 petrol, when I gave the attendant the money she she it was wrong it must be R90, I asked for the owner and was told he was unavailable, the Forecourt Manager also very sloppily dressed thought this was a big joke, R80 does not sound like R90, the attendant admitted that I had said R80 and then said she thought I said R90, so I have ask which si it, I was still made to pay the R90. The coffee there is also a rip off R17 for that price I can buy shares into Sasol. I doubt anything will be done about this but I will certainly make sure my friends etc give that service station a big miss...
